Coagulation of the fuel-air mixture in the cylinders of internal combustion engines is due to explosive, and as a result of the creation of large objects of gases, which lay the piston and cause the engine crankshaft to rotate. However, these values can be issued after the operating cycle to remove them from the cylinder so that they are replaced by a new portion of the fuel-air mixture. 

This system removes gases and reduces engine noise.

Earlier, when there were the first cars, there was no soot filter. So the smoke was black and there was a lot of it. There was also no muffler that reduced engine noise.

But despite the various filters in cars, car waste still pollutes the environment.
